Shipping

Most Helios House orders ship from the United States, and we ship to the majority of the countries in the world.

Domestic orders of books are often shipped via USPS Media Mail in order to offer the most reasonable rates. The majority of international orders and domestic orders which are not eligible for Media Mail are sent via major courier companies, offering an express mailing service with a high standard of care, accurate tracking information, and faster delivery. Recipients will be responsible for paying any customs fees, import duty, or other charges levied upon arrival in their country.

Please note: our flat-rate shipping prices are based on an average shipping fee. If the cost to ship your order is more than 20% higher than the shipping fee you have paid, we may contact you to arrange additional payment before shipping your items.

Currency

We accept all currencies. While our site is based in the UK and all prices show up in Great British Pounds, customers will automatically be charged the correct amount in their home currency.

Pre-order Items

Our pre-order items are clearly marked as such and all have delivery timing estimates listed in their descriptions. We strive to provide accurate estimates, and ship all pre-order items promptly when they arrive in stock.

Please note that orders that contain pre-order items will generally only ship when all items are in stock. We can split shipments upon request with the payment of an additional shipping fee.
